About the role
We’re looking for a HubSpot & CRM Consultant to work with our clients on a contract basis — setting up, configuring, and optimising HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS Hub.
Our clients are typically founder-led businesses and creative agencies that are growing faster than their systems. They need someone who can design a CRM setup that actually reflects how they sell, automate the things that should be automated, and make sure their team will actually use it.
What you’ll work on
- HubSpot portal setup and configuration (properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages)
- Building email sequences, workflows, and lead nurturing automations
- Migrating contacts and historical data from other platforms
- Setting up dashboards and reports that answer the questions clients actually ask
- Training client teams to use what you’ve built — properly
What we’re looking for
- Deep HubSpot experience — you know the platform well enough to know when to fight it and when to work with it
- A strong understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals, not just platform mechanics
- Comfort working directly with clients who may not have a clear brief — you can ask the right questions and shape the engagement
- Clear written communication: you’ll document what you build so it doesn’t become a black box
- Experience with data migration and CRM hygiene
Nice to have
- HubSpot certifications (helpful, not required — we care more about what you can actually do)
- Experience connecting HubSpot to other tools: Zapier, WordPress, Astro, Stripe, etc.
- Any background in sales or marketing operations
How we work
This is a contract role, engaged on a project basis. Some projects will be short setup engagements (a few weeks), others will be ongoing retainers with monthly optimisation and reporting. You’ll work directly with clients with support from our team. Fully remote, your own hours — we care about delivery, not when you’re online.
