Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Frontlane Studio ("Frontlane Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Services
You may use our services only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of our platform.
2. Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise pose a risk to other users or the integrity of our platform.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials available through our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code — are the property of Frontlane Studio or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.
4. Client Work & Deliverables
Services provided under a separate client agreement or statement of work are governed by that agreement in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the executed client agreement will prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all custom deliverables (websites, integrations, code) become the property of the client upon receipt of final payment in full.
5. Hosting & Uptime
Frontlane Studio targets a 99.9% uptime SLA for managed hosting clients, subject to the terms of the applicable hosting agreement. This SLA excludes scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any hosting service upon reasonable notice, except in cases of abuse or security threats which may require immediate action.
6. Payment & Billing
All fees are stated in US dollars and are due according to the billing schedule in your service agreement. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and are generally not available for services already rendered. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the disputed charge.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontlane Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
