Sofia has set up HubSpot for more businesses than she can count — and she still enjoys it, which is either a good sign or a character flaw. She specialises in making CRM setups that client teams will actually use, and in email sequences that read like they were written by a human.

Jamie is the person who keeps everything moving. He manages client relationships day-to-day, makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, and has a gift for translating between what clients want and what the technical team needs to hear. He's the reason projects finish on time.
